Mental Health Coaching for Expats in Barcelona
Moving to Barcelona is exciting, but expat life comes with real pressures. Work demands, cultural adjustment and the absence of your usual support network can quietly drain your energy and focus.
We're here to help you find your balance again. We provide mental health support to help you regain clarity, resilience and sustainable performance.
Our English speaking health coaches combine physical and mental performance to support long-term energy, resilience and wellbeing. It is designed for individuals with high demands in daily life who want to optimise their balance, performance and overall health.
The mind-body approach
Why we make a real difference? We integrate both mental and physical aspects of wellbeing. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, the goal is to improve overall energy levels, which directly influence performance, focus and recovery. We call this holistic wellbeing.
Sessions are structured and tailored to the individual. Whether the objective is stress management, improved work-life balance or enhanced performance, coaching provides practical tools and clear direction.

Our Coaches
Juliette is a Dutch psychologist (MSc in Work & Organizational Psychology) with additional training in ACT and coaching. She specialises in supporting expats and internationally active professionals.
She works with young professionals who notice increasing pressure in their lives: stress, overthinking, perfectionism, insecurities or themes related to work. Clients come to her for more calm in their mind, support in making decisions, or to move forward again with energy and confidence.
Her style is approachable, attentive and personal. She asks the questions that need to be asked, helps recognise and break patterns, and brings clarity where things may currently feel unclear. You don't have to do it alone. Juliette is happy to walk alongside you for part of the journey.

He can help when you experience low energy, long-term physical complaints without a clear medical cause, or when your sport or work performance is not where you would like it to be.
His approach is based on open communication and a proactive mindset, with the aim of creating small differences from one day to the next. These small changes strengthen motivation and build confidence so you can continue to grow.

We don't offer free introduction sessions. Not because we want to create a barrier, but because we've found that a paid first session leads to much better results. Clients who commit from the start are more motivated, more focused and get more out of the process. Your first session is a full 90-minute coaching session where we get straight to work.
